Cloyne Core Values

In Summer 2018, Cloyne members voted to make sure that we instill and practice our core values every semester:

Storytelling: Attend a workshop on either Co-op Democracy or Cloyne History to hear the stories and lessons that one co-op generation has passed to the next.
Anti-oppression: Attend at least one workshop on consent, anti-racism, disability awareness, or other topics, to help eliminate oppression from our home and community.
Inclusion: Contribute to Cloyne’s Community Agreements, which are guidelines we come up with in order to accommodate one another’s unique needs in our community.
Democracy/Empowerment: Attend two councils. If you don’t feel empowered at your first council, we encourage you to attend a support circle instead to get support from your community.
